Depending on whether you are purchasing radiator guards or heater guards, as part of the manufacturing process we will consult with you to ensure we design in cutouts for either valve access for radiators or control access for heaters.
Every guard is made to measure so you will get the perfect fit.
The ‘hook on’ mounting design of the guards makes them easy to remove and re-fit during routine cleaning and maintenance work that is so often required.
Measuring & Quotations
To give you an indicative quotation we simply need to know what type of radiators or heaters you have and their height, width and depth.
Then we will need to know if you would like sloping tops and if you need cutouts for access or valve controls.
Once we have this information we will provide you with a quotation and then once you are happy with it, we will be back in touch with a detailed specification so that we ensure that the guards are manufactured to be a perfect fit for your radiators or heaters.
Simply measure the height, width and depth of your radiators and heaters and send over your measurements.
You can use the handy measuring sheets below to write down your measurements and then enter them into the quotation calculator to determine the cost of installing guards.

Please note: Clearances will be added to your measurements at manufacture, if you need your guards manufactured to any specific size please advise your account manager.

All our guards are made to measure and we are often asked to take into consideration other aspects such as radiator pipes, and other features surrounding the radiators that will need to be considered when manufacturing the guards.
If you are in an doubt whether you need anything more bespoke please send us a photograph so we can advise on a more tailored specification.
Surveys & Installations
Yes, we can carry out surveys and installations. If you are unsure of your requirements please call us on 0161 413 0766 for further information to find out more about our survey process. However, you can easily assess your requirements using our handy measuring guide and completing the online quotation calculator, which will give you an indicative costing for any radiator guards or heater guards you may require.
It is relatively easy to install the radiator guards, however, we are happy to provide an installation service where required, with the cost based on the number of guards to be fitted.
Our site team are DBS checked and are experienced in working in education and care environments and will endeavour to minimise any disruption to your working day during the survey or installation process.
Payment & Delivery
If you would like to place an order please contact us by email or fax to confirm you are happy to proceed with manufacture using the sizes quoted.
Please note: Sizes cannot be changed once production has started so it is important to ensure your measurements have been recorded accurately.
We are happy to offer credit terms to schools, nurseries, local authority and public sector businesses.
Alternatively, we can accept payment by all major debit or credit cards as well as cheques or BACS transfer. We can provide a Pro-Forma Invoice prior to order if required.
Order lead times are typically 2-3 weeks from receipt of order. However, if you require a quicker turnaround of your order please contact our sales team on 0161 413 0766 who will endeavour to assist you.
All our products are delivered on the most economically sized vehicle in accordance with the size of the order. The customer must specify any delivery restrictions in advance. Specific dates or timed deliveries may incur extra costs. Please call us on 0161 413 0766 if you require any further information.
You will receive an email notification the day we dispatch the goods notifying you of delivery the next working day between 8am and 9pm
If the delivery site requires a FORS registered delivery please be advised this may be a chargeable service.
